The San Sebastián lighthouse is a lighthouse located in the city of Palafrugell, in the south of the Costa Brava, in the province of Girona, Catalonia, Spain. It is classified as a Cultural Heritage Asset. It is managed by the port authority of the Port of Barcelona. It consists of a complex made up of the tower, the lighthouse, and other complementary dependencies that surround it. It is elevated on a terrace that overcomes the unevenness of the land, and it is surrounded by a landscaped area and a fence. The tower has a circular floor plan and features a maximum simplicity of lines, a criterion of simplicity that extends to the other constructions, which does not prevent them from displaying a decorative vocabulary of classical inspiration.
