One of the most cherished and at the same time most traditional professions in mountain areas, that of a shepherd, has recently found a reference point in Castellar de n'Hug. The shepherd museum gives us a review of the past, present, and future of this tough job, which each summer in the same town holds a prominent tribute with the International Sheepdog Trials. The tools and utensils of these shepherds have their place in this museum, located in the heart of the municipality with the most tourist tradition in the region.
