Description

This is a good example of the houses built by the americanos. Ramiro Busquets, a landowner and industrialist, commissioned Eduard Ferrés i Puig to build a summer house. The work was finished in 1925 and has the style of large agricultural modernist buildings with its elegance and great attention to details. We can see this in the wrought iron of the railings and the sgraffito inside. In the surrounding gardens, the Busquets built a house for the servants, a store and stables. The building now houses several municipal dependencies.
