The Castle of the Towers is a fortress located in the Spanish municipality of Monesterio, in the province of Badajoz, Extremadura. It is believed that due to its typology, it could date back to the 15th or 16th century.
The fortress is situated in the old Baldío de Calilla. It is believed that its construction aimed to control the Silver Way, which is 50 meters from the castle, and to oversee transhumance.[1]
