The Altiplà is the northernmost comarca of the Region of Murcia, formed by the municipalities of Jumilla and Yecla. It borders to the east with the Alt Vinalopó and the Vinalopó Mitjà; to the south with the Murcia comarcas of Oriental and Alt Segura; and to the north with the Altiplà d'Almansa and to the west with Los Campos de Hellín, both in Castile-La Mancha.
