The Masia of Can Xicarró is a monument in the municipality of Vilanova i la Geltrú protected as a cultural heritage of local interest.
Isolated building surrounded by a large garden. It has a square plan, with a ground floor, a first floor, an attic, and a perimeter body with a ground floor and roof that forms a porch at the front. The roof is hipped with four slopes, and the higher attic has a two-slope roof. The facades have a symmetrical composition and feature horseshoe arch openings. A balustrade runs along the roof of the porch and the lateral galleries of the cornices beneath which the name "Villa Rosa" is inscribed. The attic is formed by a single central body covered with two slopes and has a paired window. The facade is plastered and decorated with horizontal bands simulating bricks and visible brick pilasters. The building as a whole predominates with elements of Arab inspiration.
