The house at 12 Mulleres Street is a work from Olot included in the Inventory of the Architectural Heritage of Catalonia.
This house was built in the 1860s following the basic typology of all the houses on Mulleres Street. It has a ground floor, which has now been completely renovated to house a business. With three spans, it also featured a large central door with two semicircular arches that separated the lobby from the staircase, and two windows at the end. It has two upper floors, each with three balconies. These are decorated with sgraffito with floral and plant motifs. Its structure was completely symmetrical.
