The Architect Miguel López Square is a square in the Valencian city of Alicante. It is located in the Eixample Diputació neighborhood, at the intersection of Elx, Loring, and Òscar Esplà avenues, opposite the Casa Mediterrani.
In 2011, the square was inaugurated without being assigned a name. In 2013, it was re-inaugurated with the name of the renowned Alicante architect, Miguel López, by the then mayor of the city, Sonia Castedo. Although there was already a square with this name at the foot of Mount Benacantil, the locals popularly knew it as the Bridge Square. For this reason, the city council decided to officially give it this name and assign the name of the architect to the new square.
