Villafranca de Estíbaliz is a council of the municipality of Vitoria, in the province of Álava, Basque Country.
The council is located 9 kilometers from Vitoria, very close to the hill of Estíbaliz. It is accessed via the A-132 road, which must be left shortly before reaching Andollu to take the A-4120, a road that ends in this village made up of scattered farmhouses and surrounded by land. It is part of the Rural East Zone of Vitoria.
