Quincoces or Quincoces de Yuso, to differentiate it from its village or depopulated area of Quincoces de Suso, is a locality situated in the province of Burgos, autonomous community of Castilla y León, region of Las Merindades, judicial district of Villarcayo, municipality of Valle de Losa.
The most populated locality of the municipality is located 2 km west of the town hall situated in the area known as El Cañón, a crossroads.[1] In the valley of the Jerea River, next to the locality of Calzada. This river originates in the Sierra Carbonilla, near the locality of Relloso, at the watershed between the Mediterranean and Cantabrian basins. It is a tributary of the Ebro at its left bank at the height of Cillaperlata. Postal Code 09510.
