Barniedo de la Reina is a hamlet belonging to the municipality of Boca de Huérgano within the Regional Park of the Picos de Europa located in the province of León, in the autonomous community of Castilla y León, Spain. It is situated at an altitude of 1140 meters above sea level, on the left bank of the Esla River, which flows through the valley of Tierra de la Reina, and at the confluence of this river with the Valponguero River. The village is surrounded by mountains, and nearby peaks include Pico Murcia and La Rasa.
