Trevías is a rural parish of the council of Valdés in the Principality of Asturias, about 17 kilometers from Luarca along the N-634 road that goes from Oviedo to La Coruña. The Cantabrian Sea is located about 5 kilometers straight north and about 7 following the current road towards La Coruña. Its geography is determined by the passage of the Esva River, which runs through the main population of the parish, Trevías, which has become the commercial and service center of the parish, where the medical center, the nursery school, the veterinary clinic, pharmacy, notary, etc. are located.
