The Hermitage of Our Lady of Olatz or Olas / Olaz is a Catholic temple dedicated to the Virgin of Olatz located in the Guipuzcoan neighborhood of Izarraitz in Azpeitia, just a few meters from the Sanctuary of Loyola. It is the oldest hermitage in Azpeitia where, from the mid-15th century until the early 18th century, the Particular Councils of Guipúzcoa met. The Hermitage has parish functions and is cared for by the Community of Catechetical Ladies of the Congregation of Dolores Sopeña, settled in a convent next to the temple since the beginning of the 20th century. Moreover, it is a place of Ignatian pilgrimage, given the devotion and veneration of Ignatius of Loyola towards the Virgin of Olatz: he would walk daily in front of the Hermitage, as remembered by some plaques placed along the old path that leads from the town to Loyola. Even when St. Ignatius of Loyola was convalescing from his wounds and unable to visit the hermitage, he would sing a prayer to the Virgin from the Salve.
