Amigos de los Patios Cordobés - Cordoba

This Patio Cordobés Amigos de los Patios is currently the headquarters of the Association of Friends of Los Patios Cordobeses, visited by thousands of tourists every year, it is one of the most beautiful in the San Basilio district.

The rectangular structure provides ample space for the house, making the patio the centerpiece of it. We will be able to appreciate certain architectural elements in this patio of great value, such as the central staircase and a well that has been preserved since its construction.

The Patio Cordobés of the Association of Friends of the Patios has become an emblem of the neighborhood and of the city of Córdoba, and is recognized beyond its borders.

Founded in 1974 , the Association of Friends of the Cordovan Courtyards wants the tradition and passion for the Courtyards , perpetuated thanks to the population who live and maintain them, not be lost or become a legend.

With their action, they contributed to the tradition of Cordovan patios being declared an Intangible Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO in 2012.
