The church of Sant Miquel was built in 1538 on the old mosque , of which a beautiful cistern has been preserved.
This temple was dissolved as a parish church in 1842 because of its poor state of preservation and has since been part of the parish church of Sant Josep. The building currently houses the Brotherhood of Aurora and its facade has Sevillian tiles unrelated to this building and whose removal has been requested.
The square of the same name, formerly called Pérez del Pulgar, is a picturesque square.
