This 17th-century house-palace occupies a trapezoidal block and belonged to the Virués family of Segovia.
The facade is in stone and on the lintel there is an oval and broken marble shield representing the house of the Virués de Segovia and Inestal. On the outside, in the corners, there are supports that serve as reinforcement. The interior is structured around an inner courtyard where the limestone rim of the water fountain stands out.
