Palau de Dávila has Renaissance origins and was built by Bartolomé Núñez Dávila in the early 16th century . It was inhabited by D. Pedro Benavente.
Although access is via Plaça de Basurt , the main façade overlooks Plaça Benavente next to the Palau de Campo Real.
The main entrance with a straight facade is flanked by pairs of columns.
The windows on the facade stand out , beautifully drawn, and the bars, later copied in other palace houses.
The most characteristic element is the double corner balcony.
