La Casa de Sefarad - Casa de la Memoria or House of Sefared - House of Memory is a museum and cultural center.
The museum was opened in 2006 as a tribute to Sephardic culture, history and tradition. The museum is housed in a restored 14th century house in the heart of the Judería de Córdoba. The shop sells Sephardic music and ceramics, and occasionally hosts events: concerts, seminars, conferences, and musical workshops.
Privately owned, the museum was built to settle a "historical debt" felt by its owner to the Jewish community that was expelled from Córdoba at the time of the Catholic Monarchs.
