The Conservatoire Professionnel de Danza de Sevilla, officially called "Conservatoire Professionnel de Danza Antonio Ruiz Soler", is a public school that teaches a special regime in the specialty of dance .
It is one of seven Professional Dance Conservatories in the autonomous community of Andalusia. It was founded in 1984. This center offers the studies corresponding to the Basic Dance Studies (4 courses) and the six courses of Professional Dance Studies in the specialties of Classical Dance, Spanish Dance, Contemporary Dance and Flamenco Dance.
The Conservatory Building is the former Argentine pavilion of the 1929 Ibero-American Exposition , which housed the Murillo High School for many years. It has an area of 4500m² spread over the ground floor and three upper floors. It has 31 professional dance rooms (8 for Spanish dance, 8 for classical dance, 8 for contemporary dance and 7 for flamenco), 12 theory rooms, 4 music rooms, make-up rooms, a multi-purpose room for performances, library, classrooms, cafeteria and changing rooms, AMPA hall, among other facilities, although they are in a poor state of repair.
