Located on a small hill, Espera is worth the detour for its Moorish Castillo de Fatetar and its Iglesia de Santa Maria de Gracia .
Bornos is located on the reservoir of the same name. It is actually not a white village but has a rich architecture. A visit to the Palacio de los Ribera is worthwhile. It is located on the plaza del Ayuntamiento. The castle has a keep and an attractive Patio with round arches. The 16th century Renaissance garden is one of the first of its kind. The Iglesia de Santo Domingo is also located on the same square. It is certainly worthwhile to go to the reservoir, to the beach Playa Artificial Bornos .
