This city walk is part of a series of city walks and tours described in Day trips in central Andalusia: Cádiz - Jerez-de-la-frontera - Pueblos-Blancos - Córdoba - Granada
Park in the Calle Jaboneria car park.
We first arrive at the pleasant Plaza de Andalucía , where we continue through the vaulting to the town hall to the viewpoint. A little further are the Castillo de Setenil de las Bodegas and the church Iglesia NS Encarnación.
We return and pass the tourism office, which also houses a photography museum, to the Ermita de San Benito.
We walk further to Calle Cuevas de la Sombra where we see a beautiful series of rock dwellings . The terraces follow each other in quick succession. We cross the Rio Trevo and arrive at Calle Cuevas del Sol , which is in no way inferior to the number of terraces.
Via the Mirador del Carmen we climb to the Ermita de Ntra. sr. Del Carmen and then return to the parking lot.
