Stage 3 from Collado del Espino to Abrigo Solana in Sierra Nevada is an extreme route of 78.94 km with a total elevation gain of 2165 m. Predominantly unpaved and with little traffic, it runs through natural and rural environments ideal for mountain biking. It combines technical sections with demanding climbs and fast descents, where endurance and technical skill are key to overcoming its difficulty.
