Beautiful but (very) hard route that takes you past the villages of Mogán-La Aldea San Nicolás-Tejeda-Ayacata-Maspalomas. The road surface in the valley of tears (this is part of the route from La Aldea to Artenara) is sometimes of very poor quality. This makes everything more difficult. A shortcut is possible along Carrizal to the second viewpoint, but this is very heavy in combination with the stretch along the reservoirs! With this route, your altimeter counter will easily reach up to 3000m.
