VAPT (Val D’Aran / Pyrenees / Lleida): Route 4
Starting in Espot, this route takes us along the ridge above the River Escrita, through Son, and then up the east side of the Port de Bonaigua - a climb of approximately 20km. Turning back on ourselves and coming down the Bonaigua, we continue descending, producing an almost 30km long descent from Bonaigua to Esterri d’Aneu.
