Solsona - Port del Comte - Solsona. Road cycling Catalonia

VAPT (Val D’Aran / Pyrenees / Lleida): Route 5

This is a real beauty of a route, offering a variety of landscapes to the rider in a mere 100km. There is a tremendous amount of climbing in this route, right from the start, from the forested climb up towards Cambrils, the mountainous climbing up to the ski hill at Port del Comte. Once you have left the ski hill, the rest of the ride is almost all downhill, and the incredible road that wraps itself along the edge of the Llosa del Cavall reservoir is a stunning visual reward for all the work you will have done.
