VAPT (Val D’Aran / Pyrenees / Lleida): Route 12
This is a medium length ride, for very fit, expert riders. It begins in Sort, and climbs almost 1200m of altitude over 20km to the ski hill at Port Ainé, before descending only to climb right back up to Llessui, and over the Olp and Envui plateau to get back to Sort. There are 3 large climbs in this route, and lovely Pyrenean mountain views throughout.
