From: El Teide (to the crater)
To: Palm Mar.
This descent takes you to Palm Mar because it is part of the ascent and descent of the El Teide Challenge (every Saturday after the autumn break). Tired? Just 14km of ups and downs, and then the descent to the finish line begins. Here, unlike the climb, you take the shorter but steeper route from Vilaflor. Don't be too reckless, as the road is not in good condition everywhere.
