Description by the author

A nice route from Castellon de la Plana to Valencia, avoiding all autopistas and passing through most towns on the 'Cercanias' train line between the 2 cities, which all have something to offer. Suitable for both road and mountain bikes - I've done the Castellon - La Llosa section as a test run on my mountain bike in 2 hours, so the whole journey should take roughly 4 or 5 hours to complete.

WARNING: Although all autopistas are avoided by this route, there are sections where it is necessary for follow parts of the N-340, which is a national road. Take great care to cycle on the separated section at the side at all times.
