Breux is a municipality in the French department of Meuse and has 265 inhabitants. The place is part of the arrondissement of Verdun and lies on a tributary of the Thonne. At the hamlet of Fagny, the borders of the municipality meet with Belgium and the department of Ardennes.
Breux is an elongated street village of over a kilometer long. It has taken its current form because the old village center, the current rue de la Vieille Ville and its surroundings, and the former hamlet of Esclapi have grown together.
