Grésigny-Sainte-Reine is a French commune with 142 inhabitants in the Côte-d'Or department in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region. It belongs to the Montbard canton and the Montbard district of the same name.
It borders Bussy-le-Grand to the north and east, Darcey and Flavigny-sur-Ozerain to the southeast, Alise-Sainte-Reine to the south, Venarey-les-Laumes to the southwest, and Ménétreux-le-Pitois to the west.
