Romilly-sur-Andelle is a French commune in the Eure department in the Normandy region, whose inhabitants are called Romillois. Nestled against the wooded hills of Longboël and Les Deux-Amants, the commune is located at the beginning of the Galantine valley, 9 km from Fleury-sur-Andelle, 10 km from Pont-de-l'Arche and Boos, and 20 km from Rouen and Les Andelys.
