Fargues is a commune in the South-West of France, located in the Gironde department, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. A commune of the urban area of Langon located in the Sauternes vineyard, the commune is situated 47 km southeast of Bordeaux, the administrative center of the department, and 5 km southwest of Langon, the administrative center of the arrondissement and formerly of the canton.
