Saint-Chely-du-Tarn is a great place to have you evening drink. Due to the peculiar bent in the river (called a "cirque" by the French" because it creates a kind of arena) and the exquisite position where the village is built, you get sunshine till late in the afternoon and early evening. A great spot to have your evening apertif (we suggest a ricard in this region). Those villages new what they were doing when they built this village.
