On the banks of the Seine, facing the Eiffel Tower, the MAM occupies the east wing of the Palais de Tokyo. The museum is one of the largest museums of modern and contemporary art in France. Its permanent collections, with more than 15,000 works, present the different artistic movements of the 20th century (Fauvism, Cubism, the School of Paris, abstraction, etc.). During the visit, one can admire the masterpieces of Pablo Picasso, Henri Matisse, Raoul Dufy, Alberto Giacometti and many others. Large temporary exhibitions are organized there.
