The basilica, the second largest structure in Picardy, was built between the end of the 12th century and the end of the 15th century on the site of the tomb of the martyr Quentin. The originality lies in the tower with portal on the façade, a rise of 34.50 m, a floor plan with a double transept, a radio-concentric church choir, an old labyrinth of 260 meters in the pavement of the main nave and the stained glass windows from various periods.
