Wasselonne is a commune in the Bas-Rhin department in Grand Est in north-eastern France. It is in this city that we can see the oldest firm of unleavened bread in France: Etablissements René Neymann.
Wasselonne is known for its castle, which was partially destroyed in 1674 of which the remains, a big circular tower and a square tower, can still be seen.
