Coustelet is traversed by the busy D900 and therefore has an important role in the region with a supermarket and a wine cooperative. For tourists, the Sunday morning farmers' market and the lavender museum are interesting. The museum houses a large number of tools and machines (distilling) that are used now and in the past, as well as a beautiful audiovisual presentation. Production still takes place on a small scale, which is sold in the shop.
