Bohéries Abbey is a former Cistercian abbey in the commune of Vadencourt in the Aisne département, Picardy region, in France, four kilometres west of Guise, in the valley of the Oise. The monastery was founded in 1141 as a daughter monastery of Foigny Abbey, the third daughter of the primary abbey of Clairvaux. At the beginning of the 13th century, the monk Arnulf of Bohéries, who wrote the "speculum Monachorum", lived in it. The monastery was destroyed and rebuilt several times.
