The Tarascon Castle, also known as Château de Tarascon or Château du roi René, is a late medieval castle from the first half of the 15th century in the Provençal town of Tarascon in the Bouches-du-Rhône department. It is located on the left bank of the Rhône. Due to its architecture, location, and good state of preservation, it is considered one of the most beautiful medieval castles in France.
