The main façade, built of brick, is structured by bluestone chains. The central bay is topped with a triangular pediment. The side pavilions are topped by roofs in the shape of an inverted tulip, with a gabled dome, blind lanterns and an octagonal spire.
A path can be accessed by descending the steps to the right of the building. It allowed miners access to the slate quarry of the Moulin Sainte-Anne. Walking along it, you can see on the other side of the Meuse, the retaining walls of the Belle-Rose slate quarry.
