The national nature reserve of the Ventron massif is a national nature reserve located in both Alsace and Lorraine. It was created in 1989, in the regional natural park of the Ballons des Vosges, covering an area of 1,647.08 hectares.
The territory of the nature reserve straddles two departments: Haut-Rhin and Vosges, located in the Grand Est region, in the east of France. Its altitude ranges from 720 m to 1,204 m, with the highest point being Grand Ventron. The reserved territory includes five municipalities: Wildenstein, Kruth, Fellering, Cornimont, and Ventron.
