In the heart of the Luberon, on a unique rocky outcrop, the visitor will discover one of the most remarkable sites of Provence.
The fort was inhabited and strengthened by protohistory in the 17th century, from Celto-Liguria to chased Vaudois. The man lived there and everything evokes its passage: Paleo-Christian tombs, troglodite habitats, rock-cut rock silos, medieval fortress, church of the 13th century, ramparts, etc ... And this impressive secret staircase dug into the cliff which remains an enigma.
Books on the history of the fort are on sale at home as well as drinks.
