The Puig Neulos is the highest point of the Albères massif. It culminates at 1256m of altitude, marking the border between France and Spain. From this height, one can clearly see the plain of Roussillon bordered by the sea, the Pyrenean mountain range to the west, and the plain of Ampurdan where the rocky coastline ends gently in the bay of Rosas.
