It straddles the Vallespirenca commune of Morellàs i les Illes, in the former municipality of Les Illes, and the Alt Empordà municipality of Agullana. It is 4 km from La Vajol and 1 km from Les Illes, in the municipality of Morellàs and Les Illes. On the Empordà side there is the local road GI - 505 , while on the Vallespirenc side it is a forest track in good condition, passable for all types of vehicles.
