A former mill has been renovated into a three-star hotel offering two styles of cuisine, one gourmet and the other brasserie-style, located very close to the historic centre of Dole. The Moulin des Ecorces is located on a peninsula along the Doubs, offering a naturally rejuvenating setting, hence the motto of the house "the well-being of nature in the city centre".
The bistro offers simple, generous cuisine, prepared with quality local produce.
In our restaurant, you'll enjoy a range of services: from romantic dinners for two, to family meals, we offer a number of meal formulas, including festive meals and seminar buffets. In a warm atmosphere, come and enjoy our terrace during the summer months.
