LE TOP DU ROULIER

The hotel-restaurant Le Top du Roulier, located in Capendu, is an old coaching inn where stagecoaches used to stop overnight between Carcassonne and Narbonne. Here, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of a small village, yet be close to Carcassonne and its medieval city (17km), the Cathar castles of Lastours (28km) and the Mediterranean (60km).
The hotel offers 18 air-conditioned rooms and suites, each with its own bathroom, Italian shower and private terrace, arranged like a renovated hacienda around a shaded patio.
As for the restaurant, the menu features traditional, gourmet cuisine concocted with seasonal produce. The brazier in the inner courtyard is the restaurant's star attraction, and the three dining rooms and large terrace can also be used for business meetings and banquets (group menus from 15 people).
