LA MAISON DU VILLAGE

In the heart of the DOMAINE DE MONTLAUR in the Aude, the Maison du Village, the former house of the "ramonés", the people who formerly took care of the horses, opens onto a delightful walled garden (first prize of the Aude gardens) planted with cypresses, olive trees and oleanders. Bordered by a muscatel vine, a large lawn hosts a private swimming pool (12 meters x 3 meters) secured by a roller shutter, as well as an herb garden. With a surface area of 180 m2, the house can accommodate seven people and a small child. It is composed on the first floor of a large living room with a fireplace (wood is provided), a kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor, four bedrooms (a 180 cm bed, a 160 cm bed, a 120 cm bed, two 90 cm beds and a child's bed) and a second bathroom. Open from March to the end of November. Cleaning at the end of the stay is compulsory (150 ? to be paid on site to the owner). The animal supplement is 17€/day, please contact the owner directly if the stay is less than 1 week.
