Plage Valentin

This long sandy beach (740m) is ideal for sailing, swimming and sunbathing.
It is the largest beach in the resort and on the wild coast.

Plage Valentin offers several on-site services:

- Restaurant on site
- 2 sanitary blocks
- Lifeguard post from July 5 to August 31, 1:30 pm to 7 pm
- Nearby parking spaces
- Bicycle parking spaces

Nearby, a sailing school (Ecole de voile française) and the Mersea boarding school offer a wide range of activities.

Valentin beach is patrolled 7 days a week from July 5 to August 31, from 1:45 pm to 7 pm by SNSM lifeguards.

An accessibility mat is available at the beach entrance (rue Appert) for people with reduced mobility. They are available from June 15 to September 15 (weather permitting).
Amphibious wheelchairs are also available on request from the lifeguard station from July 4 to August 31.

Dogs and other animals, even on a leash, are forbidden access to all beaches between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. from April 15 to September 30. It is forbidden to light beach fires on the territory of Plage Valentin and to smoke in the "smoke-free areas" perimeter of Plage Valentin.
