The Monument à Lluís Companys was erected in homage to Lluís Companys, 123rd president of the Generalitat de Catalunya, assassinated on October 15, 1940. It is located in the Coll de Manrella, in the municipality of Agullana, in the Alt Empordà, next to the border with the communal term of Morellàs i les Illes, Vallespir.
