The historic courthouse of Montpellier, in the Hérault, is a building located on rue Foch in the heart of Écusson de Montpellier, listed as a historical monument. The building currently houses the Assize Court and the Court of Appeal. The other judicial administrations having been transferred to the new Palais de Justice. Since 1996, the judicial court has been transferred to the new courthouse on Place Pierre-Flotte.
